Keynote Speaker - Tom Bedell, co-founder of Two Old Hippies, LLC
Tom grew his family’s fishing business, now called Pure Fishing, from $20 million in annual revenue to $270 million before selling his remaining shares to focus on other endeavors.  A graduate of Stanford, Tom is credited with establishing the Bedell Entrepreneurship Learning Laboratory at the University of Iowa.  Today, Two Old Hippies has two retail stores and is responsible for manufacturing lifestyle brands including Breedlove and Bedell acoustic guitars.

Panel Discussion - Bridging the Generational Gap
The panel discussion will focus on one of the largest problems facing many businesses today: how to integrate and mix multi-generational teams.  The panel will focus on bridging the generational gap and will include members of multiple generations who have experience and can offer advice on the subject.

Roundtables/Discussion
There will be roundtable discussions on a variety of subjects will offer something for everyone, including marketing, social media, management, finance, and more.

Networking Reception
A closing reception will provide an opportunity to network and get to know some of the members of the NAMM Young Professionals.  Food and drinks will be provided.
